DHI Clinic in Floréal was designed to create a calm and welcoming healthcare environment that prioritises patient comfort and well-being. Completed in 2024, the space moves away from traditional clinical aesthetics, introducing soft forms, warm materials, and integrated lighting to create a more reassuring and human-centred experience.
The layout is organised to ensure clarity and ease of movement, with a welcoming reception area and carefully defined waiting zones. Open sightlines and intuitive circulation contribute to a stress-free patient journey.
Layered lighting is used to soften the environment and enhance comfort. Indirect LED strips, feature lighting, and warm tones create a soothing ambiance while maintaining the functional illumination required for a healthcare setting.
A combination of soft neutrals, timber textures, and curved elements was selected to introduce warmth and approachability. The use of organic forms helps reduce the rigidity typically associated with medical interiors.
The design focuses on creating a sense of ease and reassurance. By integrating natural elements and soft lighting, the space supports a more relaxed and positive experience for patients and staff alike.
