What to ExpectThe West Cape Villa is a contemporary home defined by openness, light, and refined materiality. Completed in 2025, the design explores vertical volume, layered lighting, and a soft neutral palette to create a space that feels both expansive and intimate.
❋ Spatial Composition
The double-height living space forms the heart of the home, enhancing spatial volume and visual connectivity. Open-plan planning allows the living, dining, and kitchen areas to flow seamlessly, while maintaining clear functional zones.
❋ Lighting Design
Lighting is central to the spatial experience. Integrated linear lighting, recessed fixtures, and sculptural pendants work together to accentuate architectural lines, define volumes, and create a warm, ambient atmosphere throughout the interior.

A restrained palette of soft neutrals, timber finishes, and textured surfaces establishes a calm and cohesive environment. The interplay between smooth finishes and natural materials adds depth and subtle contrast.
