What to ExpectDomaine de Palmyre Residence is a contemporary tropical home designed to embrace indoor-outdoor living while offering a refined sense of privacy and comfort. Currently under development, the project explores a balance between natural materials, open planning, and a relaxed yet sophisticated lifestyle.
❋ Spatial Experience
The residence is organised around a central pool courtyard, creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior spaces. Each pavilion opens towards the outdoor living areas, allowing for fluid movement and uninterrupted visual continuity.
❋ Material Palette
A combination of natural stone, timber, and soft neutral finishes establishes a warm and tactile environment. These materials are selected to complement the surrounding landscape while enhancing the architectural character of the residence.
❋ Indoor–Outdoor Living
Large openings, covered terraces, and sliding glass panels dissolve the boundary between inside and outside. The design maximises natural ventilation, daylight, and views, creating a lifestyle centred around openness and ease.
❋ Atmosphere & Lifestyle
The integration of landscaped gardens, water features, and curated outdoor seating areas transforms the residence into a private retreat. The overall atmosphere is calm, inviting, and designed to support both relaxation and social gatherings.
