What to ExpectMont Choisy Residence is a contemporary private home currently under development, designed to embody a calm and refined living experience rooted in natural materials and spatial openness. The project explores a balance between modern architectural clarity and warm, tactile interiors, creating a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply inviting.
❋ Spatial Design
The residence is organised around a double-height living space, enhancing vertical volume and natural light. Open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected, reinforcing a sense of flow and continuity throughout the home.
❋ Material & Colour Palette
A neutral palette of soft whites, warm woods, and natural stone textures defines the interior language. Layered materials such as fluted timber, terrazzo finishes, and woven elements add depth while maintaining a cohesive, understated aesthetic.
❋ Indoor–Outdoor Connection
The design emphasises a strong relationship with the outdoors, incorporating large openings, landscaped views, and a semi-open bathroom concept that integrates greenery and natural light to enhance the sensory experience.
❋ Lighting & Atmosphere
A combination of natural daylight and warm artificial lighting creates a soft and tranquil ambiance. Feature pendants, concealed LED strips, and accent lighting are carefully positioned to highlight textures and define spatial zones.
