C-Lab at Nouvelle Usine was designed as a modern collaborative workspace that encourages creativity, interaction, and productivity. The project combines open-plan working environments with softer breakout and meeting areas to create a balanced and dynamic workplace experience.
The concept centered on creating a light, welcoming environment that reflects innovation and collaboration. Natural wood finishes, soft pastel accents, integrated greenery, and organic forms were introduced to soften the corporate atmosphere and create a more people-oriented workspace.
The layout was carefully organized to support different modes of working, such as open workstations for team collaboration, semi-private meeting spaces, glass partitions and open framing systems that maintain visual connectivity while still defining individual functional zones, informal breakout zones, reception and waiting areas, and flexible circulation throughout the office
The workspace was designed to improve employee comfort and encourage interaction through increased natural light, soft seating areas, informal collaboration spaces, integrated greenery, and warm ambient lighting. The result is an office environment that feels approachable, modern, and highly functional.
