Collaborative Workspace DesignC-Lab at Nouvelle Usine was designed as a modern collaborative workspace that encourages creativity, interaction, and productivity. The project combines open-plan working environments with softer breakout and meeting areas to create a balanced and dynamic workplace experience.
❋ Concept
The concept centered on creating a light, welcoming environment that reflects innovation and collaboration. Natural wood finishes, soft pastel accents, integrated greenery, and organic forms were introduced to soften the corporate atmosphere and create a more people-oriented workspace.
❋ Planning Strategy
The layout was carefully organised to support different modes of working:
Open workstations for team collaboration
Semi-private meeting spaces
Informal breakout zones
Reception and waiting areas
Flexible circulation throughout the office
Glass partitions and open framing systems maintain visual connectivity while still defining individual functional zones.
❋ Material Palette
The project features:
Light oak timber finishes
Neutral base tones
Soft sage and aqua accents
Integrated warm lighting
Botanical elements and tropical-inspired graphics
These elements create a calm and contemporary atmosphere while reinforcing the youthful identity of the space.
